Few product-level reviews exist (16 Trustpilot product reviews on Waterdrop's site, one reporting a very loud self-flush and silent support); the recurring complaints are brand-level on Trustpilot: slow or unresponsive customer service, wrong or missing parts, and replacement filters out of stock (one X16 owner reports the X16-F3 membrane unavailable for months).

Store price $1,999 with no compare-at; the page shows $1,499 only with checkout code WDX16 ($500 off, Fall Flash Sale). Also sold with extra F1A and F2 filters ($2,091.97) and in bronze/gold/stainless faucet versions at $1,999.
