Brand-level only: Trustpilot (4.9 from 1,888) is overwhelmingly positive, and its few low-star reviews mention leaks, failed parts such as storage tanks, and slow fixes for installation problems. No product-level source could be fetched (Reddit and Amazon blocked; the store has no public review feed).

Cert mismatch: the product page says RCC7AK is 'certified by NSF International against NSF/ANSI 58' for asbestos, barium, cadmium, chromium, copper, fluoride, lead, selenium and TDS. NSF's listing gives plain RCC7AK (Taiwan facility, 21.04 gpd) TDS reduction only. The fuller claim list belongs to RCC7AK-BLK and RCC7AK-BN (Nanjing facility, 25.41 gpd), which NSF lists for lead, fluoride, copper and the others. The page's own FAQ also says RCC7AK is certified 'for TDS reduction'. So every contaminant in treats is 'claimed' for this model, and buyers who want the listed lead/fluoride reduction should pick RCC7AK-BLK ($262.99). The US manual says 'Applicable water quality: municipal' (UV variant RCC7AK-UV is the one marketed for well water). Price is the plain $241.99; a 15% code (FS3915, valid 9/23-10/7/2026) was not applied. Operating limits: 45-70 psi, 40-100 F, max TDS 750 ppm, max chlorine 2 ppm.
