No product-level complaints found: launched Aug 2026 and the Bazaarvoice review feed behind the product page returns no written reviews. Brand-level, Trustpilot (1.5/5, 172 reviews) repeatedly reports leaking housings and fittings at filter changes, slow warranty claims, auto-ship billing problems and import fees for Canadian buyers.

All prices are the site-wide '50% OFF + FREE LOW MAINTENANCE PRE-FILTER, Limited Time Only!' sale price; the MSRP shown is exactly 2x the sale price on every system and replacement tank checked, so treat the sale price as the real price. The only Aquasana whole-house system with genuine contaminant-reduction certification. Real cost is the tank: $1,749 every ~2 years makes annualCostUsd about $1,022 (tank amortized + pre/post filters), roughly 4x a Rhino; the 'penny a gallon' claim matches the tank price ($1,749 / 165,000 gal = $0.0106). Only 5.7 gpm rated flow and 165,000 gal capacity, so heavy-use homes will replace sooner. Warranty is 2 years vs 10 for Rhino. Not yet listed on Aquasana's own Certified Products page. On-site rating 4.7/5 (bundle page 3.2/5).
