On-site (Yotpo) reviews (26, avg 4.8) are positive, but more than one owner says there is no visible sign the lamp is on and that instructions are thin (one notes UV light escaping the inlet and degrading PEX pipe). Brand-level Trustpilot complaints cite shipping delays and slow refunds.

No NSF/ANSI 55 certification is claimed. A cheaper non-UV 'Pulsar Quantum' 10 GPM media disinfection unit ($499) is also sold; its media is described only as complying with NSF/ANSI 42 for leaching. Compare-at price $1,658.34 for 10 GPM shown struck through.
