Maker store prices are regular prices (no compare-at). Home Depot sells the AS-HS32D for $523.29 (4.5 from 1,119 reviews), slightly under the maker's $539.99. Each grain size is a separate listing with 1 inch or 3/4 inch NPT variants at the same price. Valve is an Aquatrol digital metered head (valve alone 20 gpm continuous at 15 psi drop); no system service flow rate is published, so flowRateGpm is null. Maker bathroom guidance jumps from 1-2 (32k) to 4-5 (48k). Iron claim: standard D models 'effective up to 2 ppm iron'; fine mesh (FM) versions for up to 10 ppm iron cost $599.99/$699.99/$849.99. Chlorine/chloramine max 2 ppm. Weight 88 lb is the shipping weight on the maker store's 1 inch variant and Home Depot's spec (the 3/4 inch variant lists 140 lb). The current manual strongly recommends a licensed plumber, although the help center also allows an experienced homeowner. The Shopify refund-policy page is an unedited template ('[INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]'); the help-center policy with restocking fees is the real one. NSF lists Aquasure only for RO membrane components (NSF/ANSI 58 materials); no softener certification claimed or listed (NSF, WQA checked).
